How do I change my delivery date? (I’ve got racquetball on Tuesdays.)

Log in and go to your My Account page. You can see all your subscription activity under the aptly named Subscriptions tab. In the Actions column, click Edit to make changes to any active subscription: adjust your Next Charge Date, your Subscription Delivery Schedule, or the Quantity in your shipment. You can also see a summary of all your upcoming orders by clicking Delivery Schedule.

Can I change how often I get deliveries? (Commitment is hard.) 

Log in and go to your My Account page. You can see all your subscription activity under the aptly named Subscriptions tab. In the Actions column, click Edit to make changes to any active subscription—you can adjust your delivery frequency under Subscription Delivery Schedule.

Can I hit pause or skip a shipment? (I travel a lot. I’m a big deal.) 

Totally! You are a big deal. Exercise your authority and pause any subscription at any time. Go to the Subscription tab on your My Account page, then click the Cancel button in the Actions column to pause any order. Reactivate a paused subscription anytime when you’re ready to climb back on board. To skip an upcoming shipment, click the Delivery Schedule tab and select Skip for the order you want to, you know, skip.

Can I cancel my subscription? (Sorry, I’m the worst.)

Sure, if you want to be less rad. Pause or cancel a subscription any time by going to the Subscriptions tab on your My Account page. In the Actions column, click Cancel for the subscription that you want to return to the wild.

Can I subscribe to more than one product? (I have a diverse palette.)  

But of course! You can also test out new coffees by adding a one-time purchase to your subscription order. Existing subscriptions can be easily modified at any time: add or remove items, manage your delivery schedule, and more. Sky’s the limit.

How can I add more delicious coffees to my subscription? (Yumz!)

They’re so good, right? To add products to an existing subscription, go to the Subscriptions tab on your My Account page. Hit the Add Product button below the subscription you’d like to change up. On the next page, choose the additional coffees you want to add, then set the Quantity, Delivery Schedule, Delivery Address, and Next Charge Date for that excellent new addition.

What price discounts do I get with a subscription?

How do I change my payment method? (Again, commitment is hard.)
